That's a cute picture. I think the hairlines are fine, no better than when I try to ink similar. :) One good way to practice drawing flowing lines is to not use the hand at all, but just make long broad strokes drawing "from the elbow". Takes a little practice, but the time it takes to draw a line is decreased, and thus less affected by subtle hand movements.
